Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Limited Liability Company “Consulting Company Viaduk” collects, uses, stores, transfers and protects the personal data of website visitors, persons who submit enquiries, prospective and current clients, client representatives and other persons who interact with us through the website.

1. Data controller

2. Core principles

We process personal data for defined purposes and to the extent necessary to consider an enquiry, prepare a proposal, perform a contract, operate and secure the website and comply with legal requirements. We do not use the data received in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.

3. What data we may process

• Identification and contact data: first name, surname, telephone, email, country, language of communication, company and position.
• Enquiry data: type of client, form of business, founder status, description of activity, employees, transactions, VAT, foreign trade, property, vehicles, business travel and other answers that a person voluntarily enters in a form or calculator.
• Correspondence and interaction data: messages, attachments, arrangements for a consultation, the history of enquiries and the outcome of their handling.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time, URL, referrer, type of device and browser, technical logs, UTM tags and cookie choices, within the technologies actually enabled.
• Contractual, registration and payment data — if a person becomes a client and provides them for the delivery of services.

Please do not send passport documents, tax numbers, bank details or third-party documents through the general forms. Separately agreed channels are used for such materials.

We receive data directly from you, from your employer or the company you represent, from the website’s technical logs and, with your consent, from connected analytics or advertising services. If data is provided by a representative, they must have a lawful basis for providing it.

6. Whether providing data is mandatory

Fields marked as mandatory are needed to reply or to prepare a calculation. You may choose not to provide optional data. If the mandatory data is insufficient, we may be unable to process the enquiry, but this does not limit your other rights.

7. Who data may be shared with

Data may be accessible to Viaduk’s authorised employees and contractors, and to providers of hosting, email, CRM, website protection, analytics, communications and technical support — only to the extent needed for the relevant function. Data may be disclosed to public authorities or other persons in cases provided for by law. We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Individual technical providers may process data outside Ukraine. Where such a transfer actually takes place, it is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation. The list of relevant providers must be confirmed before analytics, advertising or a foreign CRM is connected.

9. Retention period

Data from enquiries, calculators, initial correspondence and prospective clients is kept for up to 5 years from the last substantive interaction. Data of current and former clients is kept for the term of the contract and for up to 5 years after it ends, unless a longer period is expressly established by law or is reasonably necessary for accounting, tax or other mandatory record-keeping, compliance with a request from a public authority or the defence of rights in a dispute. Data processed solely on the basis of consent is deleted or anonymised after consent is withdrawn, unless there is another lawful basis. Cookie durations are determined separately for each technology actually enabled.

10. Data protection

We apply organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, loss, alteration or disclosure, proportionate to the nature of the data and the risks. Access is granted only to persons who need it to perform their functions. In the event of an incident we act in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation.

11. Your rights

• To know the sources, location, purpose and manner of processing of your data.
• To obtain confirmation of processing and access to your data within the limits of the law.
• To require correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• To require deletion, restriction or cessation of processing where there are grounds for doing so.
• To object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time.
• To lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to apply to a court; where EU law applies to the processing, to also use the rights and remedies it provides.

To exercise your rights, write to office@viaduk.lviv.ua. We may ask for information sufficient to verify your identity, and we will handle the request within the period set by the applicable legislation.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use necessary, functional, analytics and marketing technologies. Necessary ones ensure operation, security and the storage of your choice. Other categories are activated only after the user’s corresponding choice, where consent is required. Through “Cookie settings” you can reject non-essential categories and change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

13. Automated decisions and changes to the policy

We do not use website data for fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The Policy may be updated; the current version and the date of its update are published on this page.
