Contract and limits of responsibility
- The specific list of services, the cost and the timelines are fixed in the contract before work begins.
- The company’s professional liability is insured up to UAH 1.5 million.
- We warn you in advance about any additional services outside the agreed scope — with no hidden extra charges.
- In the event of an error in the accounting on our side, we act under the terms of the contract, rather than keeping quiet about the problem until the reporting deadline.
Security of documents and data
- Access to the tax authority’s online accounts, online banking and the QES is handed over under a separately agreed list, not “by default”.
- The processing of clients’ and founders’ personal data complies with data-protection legislation — see the Privacy Policy for details.
- Internal procedures limit access to a client’s documents to the specialists who directly keep that client’s accounts.
