Why does registering an LLC with a foreign founder cost more?
The main difference is not the registration itself but the preparation of the foreign founder’s documents: an apostille, a notarised translation and sometimes consular legalisation. This is a separate, often longer and more expensive stage that is not needed for founders who are Ukrainian citizens.
Can the cost be calculated if the founders include both Ukrainians and foreigners?
Yes, choose “Mixed composition” — the calculation will take into account documents only for the foreign participant(s), not for all the founders.
