How we start working together

Steps of cooperation

1. A short introductory consultation (free of charge). You tell us about the business or the idea, and we clarify the key factors — the form, turnover, number of transactions, presence of foreign founders.
2. Preliminary assessment of the situation. For a new business — the approximate cost of registration and support. For a transition from another accountant — an assessment of the current state of the accounting, to identify gaps before the actual handover.
3. Agreeing the scope of work and the cost. We record the specific list of services, the cost and the limits of responsibility in the contract.
4. Handover of documents and access. We draw up a list of what needs to be handed over: accounting databases, primary documents, access to the tax authority’s online accounts, online banking and the QES.
5. Agreeing the transition date. We record in writing who is responsible for the current reporting period before and after the transition date — so that no deadline is left without an owner.
6. Start of ongoing support. We move to the agreed cycle of reporting, communication and deadline control.
